We are pleased to bring back John Ing – President and CEO Maison Placements. Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the National Club. John Ing spoke last in April 2003 on “Gold at $510 an Ounce”. We are pleased to have John return to present:
“The Audacity of Hyperinflation”
Rather than spend money on wars like his predecessor, Obama instead redistributed revenues to rescue the financial system but at the same time enlarged social programs, introduced universal healthcare and a makeover of the economy (not wanting to waste a crisis). Mr. Obama ignores the history of Argentina, Germany and recently Zimbabwe which lived beyond their means and inflated their way to pay for huge debts, ultimately leading to hyperinflation and defaults. Mr. Obama has simply mortgaged his country’s future.
September luncheon attendees will also have a chance to bid in a silent auction for two packages of tickets. Each package includes 6 tickets for either the Field Level or 200 Level Infield section. The tickets can be used at any of the games in the last two regular season home series (Orioles and Mariners) at the Rogers Centre from September 21-27 inclusive. Retail value of each package is approximately $500.and includes a $100 food/beverage voucher.
