It is time to renew your 2010 membership in the CIM Toronto Branch.
The $40 annual membership fee ($50 for non-National members) offers great value to our CIM Toronto Branch members.
Members receive discounted luncheon prices throughout the year and invitations to other social and informative events.
Periodic eNews alerts are sent to members of CIM Toronto Branch, keeping you up-to-date on what's new in the Branch.
Winner of the 2006 Mel W. Bartley Award, CIM Toronto Branch hosts luncheons that attract over 100-150 members monthly to hear high-profile speakers and to network with mining engineers, geologists, bankers, mine financiers and other professionals in the mineral industry.
Toronto Branch takes great pride supporting university students. Membership dues help fund university field trips, student tours at the PDAC Convention and funding for five students to attend the monthly Toronto Branch luncheons free-of-charge.
Additional students are charged a nominal fee of $20. They also sponsor our "Students Meet Industry" event in February and our recent "Tastes of Toronto Event" in October.
Our CIM/CMP Frank Grieco Golf Day, which has been held at Glenn Abbey for several years, sells out quickly, so book Wednesday, September 1, 2010 in your calendars now!
Corporate sponsorship at this event has funded many of the student events held throughout the year and is an excellent opportunity for companies to get their message out.
We also extend an invitation to companies to sponsor our monthly luncheon receptions as a great way to both support the Branch's activities and to get your company's name front and center.
